I watched the video but maybe i just dont get it.. I just dont understand where he is coming from. I dont know why there has to be hatred between the characters he presents and i dont know why the point of the story has to be about a black person always trying to better himself through violence. I dont mean to have that sound anything bad. I feel as in this day and age that there is a respend between every person and that the hate level is still as high in this guys tone of voice.. why? maybe i am just misunderstood but if i am explain to me what this is about
he is not trying to better himself through violence but with strength, courage, and high self esteem. African americans didnt start off with a silver platter so at times they may feel as though they have to work extra hard to get any where in life.
